Let’s discuss your next decision.
Discuss a business decision in Vietnam or China. Share a non-confidential outline of your activity, location, project stage and timetable.
Start with the decision.
A useful first conversation begins with your business objective, the options under consideration and the information you still need. A short, non-confidential outline is enough to start.

A better brief. A more useful conversation.
Use the questions below to frame your enquiry. You do not need a complete brief or a final investment plan before getting in touch.
Market entry and setup
What do you plan to sell or deliver, who are your target customers and which routes to market are under consideration? Explain whether you are exploring, validating or preparing to establish operations.
Growth and commercial diligence
Describe the opportunity, transaction or expansion decision, the core investment assumptions and the evidence you need to challenge. Include the decision timetable without sending confidential deal documents.
Tax, regulatory and risk
Outline the proposed activity, structure, location and the issue requiring review. A preliminary description helps identify the relevant workstream; formal advice depends on the facts and an agreed scope.
Operations and supply chain
Summarise the product or process, sourcing or production objectives, service requirements and current bottlenecks. Distinguish a supplier search from qualification, operational readiness or an implementation project.
Industry investment projects
Tell us the sector, asset or business model, target geography and the decision stage. Identify dependencies such as sites, utilities, partners, distribution channels or workforce capabilities.
Interviews and commentary
Include your media outlet, proposed topic, language, format, publication or broadcast timing and deadline. For an interview request, specify whether the discussion would be live, recorded or for written quotation.
Before you get in touch
What should my first message include?
Your name, organisation, contact details and a short description of the decision or project. Add the geography, stage and timing. If you are uncertain about the scope, explain the problem rather than selecting a service.
Can we discuss a project at an early stage?
Yes. Set out what is known, what remains uncertain and what you need to decide next. An early discussion can help define the questions to investigate without assuming that every project requires the same engagement.
Should I attach confidential information?
Not with your initial enquiry. Begin with a non-confidential summary. Appropriate arrangements for sharing information and any confidentiality requirements can be discussed before detailed material is exchanged.
How are the scope and next steps agreed?
Project objectives, responsibilities, deliverables, timing and commercial arrangements need to be discussed and agreed for the specific engagement. A general enquiry does not establish an advisory relationship or commit either party to a project.
How do I request a meeting in Ho Chi Minh City?
Email markets@mekong-partners.com with your proposed dates, participants and discussion topics. Meetings should be arranged in advance; please do not assume that an unscheduled office visit can be accommodated.
Where can I find existing media appearances?
Visit our Media & Press archive for linked press and television references. For a new interview, send the outlet, topic, format and deadline to markets@mekong-partners.com.
Can I enquire about a project in Vietnam, China or Cambodia?
For Vietnam or China, name the country, proposed activity and decision stage in your initial message. For Cambodia, specify whether the enquiry concerns our planned expansion, REF 2026 or a potential business discussion. Institutional meetings and new geographic capabilities are subject to confirmation and an agreed scope.
